Our Resident Assistants and House Managers are considered an integral part of the Colleges effort to meet academic, social and emotional needs of all students living in residence halls and housing areas, including Greek Housing. RAs and HMs are also responsible for promoting a positive residence hall atmosphere through community development, social and educational programming, resident contacts and support of Residence Life & Housing, as well as College policies.
